Adams Consulting Group, Inc. worked with Motorola University to develop this award winning 3-dimensional simulation. The simulation allows users to start-up, run, and shut-down an advanced robotics manufacturing line. They may also cause emergency stops and follow correct procedures to restart the equipment.

The program took 4 months to develop using 1 full time programmer/modeler, 1 half time analyst/project manager, and 1 subject matter expert as needed.

As a result of the project, Motorola University eliminated the laboratory which housed the real training equipment and uses the simulation in their Introduction to Advanced Robotics training course.
