Nina Adams

Nina Adams helps organizations make informed decisions about performance improvement programs. By balancing perceptions and reality, Nina's clients implement the "right" mix of technologies for their situation.

Nina also designs and implements goal-based learning programs in classrooms, using multimedia, and on the Internet. She designs Electronic Performance Support Systems as well as Knowledge Management systems.

Nina has over 30 years’ experience as a project manager, systems analyst, instructional designer, systems engineer, and workshop facilitator.

Nina has worked as a systems engineer for IBM, performance technologist with Hale Associates, and systems manager for CNA Insurance. She sold Adams Consulting Group, the company she founded in 1992, to Asymetrix Learning Systems in 1998 and worked as a consultant with Asymetrix until 1999 when she founded Adams i-solutions, inc.

Nina has been involved with recommending and implementing technologically based solutions to business problems in manufacturing, banking, pre-press, consulting, sports, and the telecommunications industry.

She has published articles about computer-based training, media selection, and virtual reality. She is past president of the Chicago chapter of the International Interactive Communications Society, and is a member of the Association for Multimedia Communications, Association of Internet Professionals, Knowledge Management Consortium International, International Society for Performance Improvement, and American Society for Training & Development.

Nina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Math from the State University of New York and a Masters degree in Motivation and Emerging Technologies from DePaul University.

Zonker

Zonker joined Adams Consulting Group in 1995 as head of security. She is also a leader in physical fitness, stress management, and morale building activities. Zonker maintains the same role at Adams i-solutions although Kayla has taken over some of the security and physical fitness activities.

Kalya

Kayla joined Adams Consulting in Feb, 1998.  Now with Adams i-solutions, she continues her role as leader of motivational activities.  She also helps Zonker with security and physical fitness.
